Chasing Shakyamuni...

I finally made it to Tozo this morning, and people were there. I even managed to keep up the chant for whole hour and a half (though I must admit, my throat was a little dry towards the end...must bring tea next time). I don't know the Gongyo yet, but am working on it....

So, for you, an Outsider's analysis of my crazy form of meditation. It's a bit dry, but maybe you'll live....
